
Lofoten Homemade Fish Pie is a fresh pie consisting of 50% fresh cod fillet, with white sauce and macaroni. We use only natural and fresh ingredients such as milk, dairy butter, wheat flour and nutmeg for the bechamel sauce. Together with the high fish content, this fish gratin gives an exquisite taste.
Our fish gratin is made in Lofoten with cod caught and processed in Norway.
