
The Sildakongen's spice fillet is whole skin- and bone-free herring fillets bathed in the Sildakongen's special sauce that gives an extra edge to the fillet. Water it for 1-2 hours and serve it with dill-cooked new potatoes, sour cream and chopped chives. This is proper summer food. The fillet can also be used as a starting point for various homemade herring salads - all year round.
