TINE Norwegian Edamer is a Norwegian-produced relative of the Dutch Edam cheese. The cheese has many common features with Norvegia®, but it is usually a little firmer, a little saltier and a little sourer in taste.
Edam is the "Christmas cheese" in Norway. It is very suitable as a spread, in salads and in cheese dishes. Edam is a cheese that is very suitable for storage and can be stored for at least six years. Feel free to put the cheese in the bottom of the fridge and leave it for a few years, it just gets even better!
