Piano® Vanilla Cream for cooking is a vanilla cream specially developed for yeast baking and other baking that is to be heat-treated. It keeps its shape better after baking than Piano® Original Vanilla Cream, which is best suited for cake cream and fillings. Piano® Vanilla Cream for cooking also contains visible vanilla seeds.
